1) WhatsApp integration

Mando can now run inside WhatsApp, so customers, leads, or partners can message your business and get answers grounded in your company knowledge.

Why it matters: WhatsApp is often the highest-intent channel and the messiest. This brings consistency, speed, and context to conversations that usually get handled with copy-paste and gut feel.

Example: A customer asks, “How can I change my plan mid-cycle?” Mando answers using your policy pages. If the user asks for a human, or the question falls outside what the agent is trained on, Mando escalates to a human agent instead of guessing.

2) MCP support
